An easy-to-use, valuable tool that enhances cancer patient’s care with unprecedented connectivity to the physician and the ability to submit valuable data to improve diagnoses and treatment for themselves and others.

Developed by Dr. Sukumar Ethirajan, the KanceRx app allows the doctor to maintain the key element of human touch while harnessing the power of mobile technologies available in this digital era of patient care. Expanding on the vision of his role as the ‘Modern Country Doctor’, the app provides the Dr. with a useful tool to gather and analyze patient-reported information via daily survey for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment. Patient participation can greatly improve the ability to classify and stratify patients into meaningful disease groups for more precise and improved care plans tailored to each patient’s needs by personalizing care for ‘the whole person’ with proactive preventative care.

Physician/Patient Connectivity - A direct line of communication via the app’s messaging tool gives patients a platform to communicate any questions or concerns they have about their care 24/7.
Daily Survey – A push-notification reminds the patient to take a brief daily survey that quickly and easily gathers basic information. This information can be critical in developing a care plan by gaining diagnostic and therapeutic insights to advance overall patient diagnoses, care and treatment by providing useful, relevant data and patient information to the physician to allow for the ability to track patient quality of life.
Advanced FAQ – In addition to each app user having access to a database of frequently asked questions, patients are given the opportunity to become members of a networked community of patient care if they wish to take advantage of the FAQ question-submission platform that allows users to submit questions for possible display within the app FAQ when the Dr. deems the question to be very relevant in potentially helping numerous other patients.
